Card errors
If a mistake occurs on your finished cards due to a printer error, the cards will be reprinted at no cost to you.
Send TWO samples of the card with the error highlighted to University Communications, Suite 200, 711 State Street.
Include your name and phone number in case we have questions.
If the mistake was made by your department, new cards may be ordered at your expense. To order corrected cards please use "Resubmit an Order" link found in the upper-right corner of the on-line order form. Be sure to make the necessary correction(s) to the previous order BEFORE you resubmit it.
